Orders with merchandise below $180 show a $9 delivery amount. At $180 or above, delivery is included. The threshold uses the merchandise value before applying the welcome offer. Changing quantities or removing an accessory recalculates the total before you continue.
Check the feeder model and any separately listed extras. A spare bowl, two-bowl divider and lid seal have their own compatibility details and are not automatically included with every feeder. Confirm the delivery fields and keep the order reference. Arrival dates and any special arrangement must be confirmed for the selected items rather than inferred from a product photograph.
For an issue with a feeder or part, send the order reference, product name and a short description through the contact email. Keep the packaging until you receive instructions, and do not send a used or opened item to an unconfirmed address. Tell us about a fit or condition concern before attempting to change the equipment yourself.
